  • Keep proper registers, books and records of the operation of the Fund, including rules, policies and minutes of all resolutions passed by the Board,
  • Review investment policies and investment strategy,
  • Provide for regular monitoring and feedback of the Fund’s investment performance,
  • Review and negotiate investment policies,
  • Review and rebroke risk policies,
  • Deliver member presentations,
  • Provide input into the design of fund member benefit structures,
  • Provide legal and tax advice pertaining to retirement funds.
  • Provide a yearly fund management plan which ensures all compliance and management issues that are part of the Management Committee responsibilities are addressed regularly,

Should the work performed by the consultant increase as a result of additional work requested by the Management Board or as a result of an amendment of the rules or the Act, then the consultant shall be entitled, in addition to the fee referred to above, to a reasonable fee for such additional work, which fees shall be renegotiated with the Management Board before the commencement of such work.
